Spring Carnival

Planning will get underway soon for the 2nd annual Spring Carnival!

We need helping planning and preparing for this year's games, food and egg hunt. If you'd like to help with the planning phase, please join us on Monday, February 22 at 7pm at the Oameks (3156 Pleasant Street).

If you cannot join us on the 22nd, but would still like to help there will be other opportunities. Check back for updates!

We met last night and hammered out some details. Here's the scoop:

Saturday, March 27th 11am-1pm
Rain Date: Sunday, March 28th 1:30pm-3:30pm
Location: Living Water Community Park

We need help in the following areas:

Games-preparing games, collecting prizes, organizing volunteers for 30 min shifts, recruiting older children to help, etc. Contact Teresa if you would like to help (tlee8986@charter.net).

Food-setting up food before event, serving food at the event, helping with bake sale table, etc. Contact Pam if you would like to help (plockste@amfam.com).

Egg Hunt-hiding eggs at 10am on Saturday, "crowd control" prior to the start of egg hunt. Contact Kimberly (kimberlyoamek@yahoo.com) or Jeanie (pcjeanie73@yahoo.com) if you would like to help.

Set Up-setting up tables and chairs at 10am on Saturday. Contact Kimberly if you would like to help (kimberlyoamek@yahoo.com).


Additional opportunities to help:

Bake Sale!!! Bring individually wrapped or plated items to the park by 10:45am on Saturday, March 27th.

Egg Filling!!! Bring plastic eggs and/or individually wrapped candy or small toys/prizes. Date and location TBD.
